The Expanding Man - Tribute To Steely Dan Miami Concert reviews
Def da sheet
This venue, nestled in a rather quiet town, was not difficult to locate, and once you decipher the parking signs, you could easily find free parking. The first 500 guests with GA floor tickets were given wristbands for access to the front of the stage. 'Le Butcherettes,' the opening act, began with a query but delivered an impressive performance. 'Dillinger Escape Plan,' the supporting act, came out with a strong presence, though their fit between the other acts was questionable. They didn't quite resonate with me, but I did appreciate their drummer, who was my favorite of the night. The Expanding Man - Tribute To Steely Dan took the stage after a prolonged set-up and captivated the audience. They truly stole the show with their flawless performance that synchronized perfectly with the rear projections. While 'Dillinger' and the tall guitarist's chest-pumping weren't to my liking, overall, the event deserves a thumbs up!
